This evening our dear, former vicar was ordained by the brethren at Abiding Word Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bowling Green, Ohio.
Keep Samuel faithful, strong, and true,
Not working for himself but You.
Endow him with the grace he needs,
The lambs to serve, the sheep to feed,
The precious flock to lead and guide –
The Shepherd thus is glorified.
