Spiritual apathy, doubt and unbelief are a like spiritual drowsiness. The Lord reminds and empowers us to be vigilant, spiritually awake and ready for His return and ready to share the good news of His saving work with the people around us.
The first twenty chapters of St. John’s Gospel account are about erasing any doubt that Jesus is truly God. The twenty-first chapter is an encore, and its focus is on preparing Christians to let it be known in the world that Jesus is our God, our brother and our Savior.
